Role Overview
We are recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our temporary staffing pool. Successful candidates will support service users in care settings across Scotland, ensuring dignity, respect, and person-centred care at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to service users.
• Prompt or support with medication where required.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
• Adapt to different care settings and work effectively as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
• Previous experience in a care role (preferred but not essential).
• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible individuals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced PVG check (or willingness to apply).
• Moving & Handling and other mandatory training (training can be provided).
• Driving licence desirable but not essential.
