Job Description
Politrack Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth running of our Edinburgh office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who can provide reliable support to management and staff.
The Office Assistant will play a key role in handling day-to-day office operations, ensuring effective communication, and supporting business activities.
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing diaries.
• Provide administrative support to recruitment and care teams.
• Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Support with basic finance/admin tasks such as processing invoices.
Requirements
• Previous administrative or office-based experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
