Job Description
Politrack Recruitment is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. We provide high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes, supported accommodation, and residential services across Scotland.
As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference in people’s lives by promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Responsibilities
• Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship.
• Assist service users with daily living tasks including cooking, shopping, and household duties.
• Support individuals in social and community activities.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.
• Keep accurate records and follow care plans.
Requirements
• Previous experience in care or support work preferred (but not essential – training can be provided).
• PVG membership (or willingness to apply).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
